Here is what needs you today.
New here? Start with this checklist - it walks you through Game Intake, Art Assets, Store, and Achievements, and keeps track of what you've already finished.
Your tax profile, signed documents and contract terms in one place.
See each achievement for your game with its icon, name and how to unlock it. Approve it, approve it with notes, ask for a change, or deny it.
Submitting a retro title (NES, Game Boy/Color, Genesis/Mega Drive, etc.)? Upload your ROM, art, branding, credits, and sound test tracks here, and we'll package it all up for you.
Turn your source art into everything storefront and Steam pages need - crop, export, and upload key art and platform icons in one place.
Write your storefront copy - title, tagline, description, keywords, and copyright info. Saved per concept, so you can leave and pick up right where you left off.
Add your achievement art and unlock details - list them in order, with the RAM byte address, expected value, and how-to-unlock notes needed for integration.
Admin only. Add review items by hand and attach pictures in bulk. Developers answer achievements in Achievement Review.
Admin only. Link each game to its concept (a linked concept can't be deleted) and to the developers who review it.
Admin only. Inspect every developer's concepts across the Game Tools, see what's still missing, and send them a ready-made request for it.
Admin only. Add shipped games to the catalog Codes and User Management use. Separate from the Concepts in the Game Tools.
Admin only. Turn Nintendo and Steam sales reports into per-developer payouts, reports, and a Wise batch payment file.
Admin only. Send developer payouts through Wise (pay up to a chosen sales month), follow the payment runs, and manage returned payments. Funds itself once the money lands; cancel any payment until then.
Admin only. Every payment actually paid to each developer, imported from Wise, with yearly totals and 1099 exports for the accountant.
Admin only. Every Nintendo and Steam sales report kept on file: totals by developer, title, platform and quarter, and what each developer has earned versus been paid (read-only; payments are sent from Payments).
Admin only for now. Sales per game, country, month and platform (Steam, Switch and more), worked out from the same reports the payments use, with average net price per unit.
Propose a promotional sale for one of your games: pick the platform, the discount and up to three date windows. An admin picks the dates and sets it up.
Ask the studio to repost a link or publish a post for you on Facebook, Instagram, Threads or X. An admin approves every request.
Admin only. Compose and post to Facebook, Instagram, Threads and X, schedule through Buffer with a call-budget guard, and see what went out.
Admin only. Create, edit, and remove accounts, and control who can sign in and what they can access across the whole portal.
Admin only. What people do in the portal and every error they hit, so problems get caught before anyone has to report them.
Admin only. Every developer contract with its PDF, the parsed terms checked against it, and how they compare with the Sales title mapping.
Admin only. Bring a new developer on: NDA to sign, then their welcome email and first sign-in.
Admin only. Send documents for signature, place the signing boxes, and keep the signed copies.
Admin only. Request, collect and file developers’ tax forms, with an audit log of who opened what.
Admin only. Whether the connected services (Wise, Supabase, Wasabi, email and others) are live, and what is wrong when one is not.
